Lodging a Request
Return or exchange requests for full priced items must be received by our team via email within 14 days of the item being shipped. If 14 days have gone by since we shipped the item, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Items must then be received by our warehouse within 14 business days of the return request. Please wait until you receive confirmation from our team that your request has been received before shipping your item back.
International orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Final sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless otherwise marked on the product page. Gift cards are non-refundable. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

We are pleased to now offer free returns on all full priced items.* We will provide you with a shipping label that covers the costs of shipping if your return request is approved.
Items for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition they were shipped, unused, with garment tags still attached and original packaging enclosed. We recommend wrapping the items securely to protect from damage or marking in transit. Please ensure you fill out your refund/exchange card with your shipment. We recommend you use a tracking service when return shipping your item.
Customs, Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and Narvan is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Processing your Return
Following receipt of your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will then receive a confirmation with further information via email.
If your refund is rejected, we will let you know why. If your refund is approved, it will typically take 2 business days for our team to process it, at which time you will receive another email confirming approval. Please then allow for your bank’s regular processing times before this credit will show in your account.
If your refund has not shown up in your account 10 business days after receiving refund approval, please first contact your bank. If you have done so and still not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com .
Exchanges are only approved where items were defective or damaged upon receipt. Where approved, we will proceed to send you the new order or issue store credit within 2 business days.
Items marked as a gift upon purchase, approved returns will be applied as store credit, minus the original cost of shipping.
